Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, these items are final sale and can not be returned.

Refunds

• All cake orders must be canceled at least one week in advance to receive a full refund

• If a cake doesn't meet expectations when picked up or delivered, a refund will be given minus 25% for handling and cancellation. Your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cakeandbatterco.com.
